Dễ dàng sử dụng, nó thực hiện các phép đo điện trở 4 dây của điện trở cảm ứng và không quy nạp với dòng điện DC liên tục hoặc xung lên đến 10 A. Với độ chính xác cao 0,05% và độ phân giải 0.1 μΩ, nó có các dải khác nhau được lựa chọn từ 5 mΩ đến 2,5 kΩ.
